What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we receive your name, work email, company, team size, what you picked as the work eating your week, and your phone number if you give it. Like most sites, we also receive basic technical data such as your browser type and the page you came from.
Why
To reply to you, book your audit, and understand which of our ads and pages are worth running.
Who else sees it
Microsoft 365 delivers your submission to our inbox and runs our booking calendar. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives a scrambled, one-way coded version of your email, name and phone, plus browser data, through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, so we can measure our ads. Meta cannot read the coded values back as text. X (Twitter) receives the same kind of one-way coded email and phone, plus the ad click that brought you here, through the X Pixel and Conversion API, for the same reason. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as we are talking or working together, then up to two years for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
